Oven Baked Low Fat Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast (Fresh)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • Lemons as per taste
  • Parmesan Cheese as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Step1:
    Firstly, you will have to mix paprika, garlic paste, black pepper, salt, and oregano.Mix it well with the help of manual hand mixer.
    Step2:
    Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and cut it into small pieces so that they will be cooked well.
    Step3:
    Now you will have to season the chicken with one-third of the spice mixture. Mix it well with chicken pieces.
    Step4:
    Now add olive oil over the chicken and mix it well.
    Step5:
    Now Add 2 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter over it and Toss to coat the seasoning evenly.
    Step6:
    Cover the baking pan and place it in an air tight place and let the chicken to marinate for 45 minutes.
    Step7:
    When your chicken has marinated for 30 minutes then preheat your oven to 375°F.
    Step8:
    After 45 minutes.you will have to bake it for 20 minutes.
    Step9:
    Take the tray out of the oven and then put lemon slices or juice on the chicken so this can prevent chicken from drying out.
    Step10:
    Now you will have to apply some butter on chicken pieces.
    Step11:
    Now take back the tray in the oven and bake it for 8 minutes.So after 2 minutes you will have to take the tray out. Put some lemon slices and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on your delicious chicken
    Step12:
    I know it looks very delicious but please return the baking tray into oven and then bake it for 3 minutes until chhese becomes golden brown
    Step13:
    After that remove the chicken from oven and allow it to rest for 2-5 minutes.Now you are almost free to eat but most probably you should wait till garnishing.
